A 3-day training on International Humanitarian Law (IHL)

20 Rwanda Red Cross volunteers and some branch coordinators working in different refugee camps completed a three-day training on International Humanitarian Law (IHL). The Safer Access Framework, Integrity, Humanitarian Action, and Disaster Response This is used primarily in emergency and disaster response contexts to ensure that humanitarian workers, volunteers, and affected communities have safe and unhindered access to vulnerable populations.
